Millions of Africans face a crisis with their water and food supply. They don’t have ready access to clean water sources, the majority of those people live in rural areas. Imagine having to travel miles by foot to find water, carrying about 40 pounds of water over your heads. Many times the water is polluted or unsanitary, and African women and children are forced to drink from unprotected wells, rivers, and lakes which can cause many serious diseases. 

Millions of African people are still deprived of the privilege of having access to water in their immediate environment. The wells we are digging can provide water for hundreds of individuals for several years. These wells also give needed water for crops and animals.
